Day 1---> left home at abt 9.30 at nite n set off for changi airport. we had 5 luggages! so we had to take 2 taxis. when we reached there, we checked in our luggage then walked arnd be4 boarding the 12 hr flight at midnite. i watched Singapore Dreaming n listened to music. airplane served fish n fried rice. quite nice...then slept abt 6 hrs. woke up for breakfast which was omelette with veggies inside. urgh. not nice. watched Monster House be4 the plane landed.
Day 2---> arrived in Zurich, Switzerland's largest city. met tour grp n tour guide, jason. started the tour immediately. we took a coach to Europe's largest waterfall, Rhinefalls. here it is:
then, we took a drive to the Black Forest region of Germany. went to a Cuckoo Clock Workshop where they showed us diff types of cuckoo clocks. had lunch be4 heading back to Switzerland.
went shop shop be4 going back to the hotel. =))Day 3---> went to see the Lion Monument which is carved out of limestone. lion means bravery, so the swiss use it to commemorate the bravery of the swiss guards during the French Revolution.
then, we did some shopping. we each bought a watch, since Switzerland is known for its watches. we also had this chance to win a free watch by guessing the correct 3 numbers. none of us got it la. lol. the chances r super small. haha. aft tt, we drove to the capital of Switzerland, Berne, where we saw the bear pit n clock tower.

aft tt, we drove to Interlaken, which is situated btwn 2 lakes. had swiss fondue dinner. cheese, meat n chocolate fondue. yummy!!!
daddy was asked to try out the horn. haha.

went back to the hotel to sleep after that. heh. =))
